The harsh winters in the St. Croix Valley can magnify poorly designed and installed patios. Over the years we have rebuilt surfaces that are missing one or more key procedures to ensure a long lasting structure. These missing procedures may include improper compaction, lack of a base material, or lack of water displacement. Missing procedures may save time and money in the short term, but the long term cost is felt years down the road.
