We offer high-quality landscape design and installation. The goal of our landscaping team is to provide our customers with exceptional service from concept to completion of a project. We are a small business with high standards. Our employees represent our company and are courteous and knowledgeable about the industry. Workers typically perform a variety of physical tasks which may include any combination of the following:
Performing General Physical Labor – This requires a considerable use of your arms, legs and entire body. Movement included in daily tasks includes but is not limited to climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
Handling and Moving Materials – Use of the hands and arms to move, install and position materials. An example of this would be caring for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls.
Operating Vehicles, Power Tools/Devices or Equipment – Maneuvering, navigating or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment such as lawn mowers, forklifts or passenger vehicles/trucks is included in this part of the job. General maintenance of the landscaping tools and equipment is imperative to ensure quality work in the field.
Planning and Implementation of Ideas – Along with the physical aspect of the industry, employees are asked to advise customers on plant selection and care. They also need to follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, flowers, foliage, etc. Troubleshooting issues as they arise and providing resolution can be a daily task as well.
Landscape employees are responsible for the cultivation and care as we construct new landscaping surrounding a business or building. We have listed some of many primary responsibilities each team member is expected to learn and perform.
Lawn and Garden Care
• Install sod and plant grass
• Install trim and edging around walks, flower beds, and walls
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
• Shrub and tree installation
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
Building and Construction
• Install rock gardens, ponds, decks, water features, retaining walls and planters
• Maintain or repair tools and equipment and on occasion structures such as buildings, greenhouses, fountains, fences or benches, using hand or power tools
• Operate and perform general maintenance on powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other landscaping equipment
General Maintenance and Off-Season Tasks
• General maintenance of landscaping equipment
• Special construction projects
